All projects are executed based on agreed Statement of Work (SOW) documents or project estimate approvals. Any additional features or design alterations requested after scope sign-off will be quoted separately as out-of-scope modifications.
Unless specified otherwise in your project contract, project billing follows milestone-based structures:
Upon final settlement of all invoice payments, the client gains full ownership of all custom website source code, visual assets, graphics, and collateral created specifically for the project.
Siddhi DigiTech retains the right to display completed project designs in company portfolio showcases and case studies unless restricted by an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Clients are required to provide necessary content (copywriting, images, logos, API keys) in a timely manner. Project delays resulting from missing client collateral do not constitute a breach of deadline by Siddhi DigiTech.
Siddhi DigiTech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain server downtime, or external API modifications beyond our direct control.
