Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated fairly based on project progress prior to cancellation:

• 100% Full Refund: If a cancellation request is submitted before work or UI wireframing has commenced (within 24 hours of advance payment).
• Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation occurs after initial wireframes or homepage concept designs have been created but prior to coding execution.
• No Refund: Once custom backend coding or final staging deployment has been completed and approved by the client.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing from the registered client email address to info@siddhidigitech.com stating the reason for cancellation.

The following third-party operational expenses incurred on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstance:

• Domain Name Registrations & SSL Certificates purchased for your project.
• Third-party Web Hosting setup costs & Cloud Server provisioning.
• Paid Stock Media, Font Licenses, or Premium Plugin purchases.
• Third-party API credits (Google Maps API, WhatsApp Business API).

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

Please include your Invoice Number, Project Name, and Payment Transaction ID in your email request to ensure swift resolution.
